During follow-up therapeutic massage therapy sessions, we will reassess your progress and adjust our approach accordingly. 

Our ongoing eco-friendly care aims to provide continued relief, support your body's natural healing process, and enhance your well-being. As your needs evolve, our therapists may incorporate different massage styles and techniques based on their training, such as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or cupping ensuring a well-rounded and effective treatment plan while using 100% cotton linens, creams, lotions, or oils for a natural, comfortable experience.

As with your initial session, please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove items as needed for the massage. We will continue to prioritize your comfort and privacy using our eco-friendly draping throughout the treatment.
