Description
Initial osteopathic TMJ appointment focused on jaw pain, clenching or grinding, clicking, headaches, neck tension, and related nervous-system tension patterns. Andrew will review your history, assess jaw, neck, cranial, posture, and muscle contributors, and provide gentle hands-on osteopathic care. Treatment may include soft tissue work, joint mobilization, cranial and myofascial techniques, self-care exercises, breathing or regulation strategies, and home guidance. Please wear comfortable clothing. This service is focused on TMJ and related head and neck concerns.
