Osteopathic Therapy or Wellness Care
Our manual osteopathy sessions are designed to address your individual concerns through a holistic, hands-on approach. Each session begins with a thorough assessment—including palpation, movement analysis, and orthopedic testing—to identify the root of discomfort or dysfunction.

Treatment may involve gentle joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, craniosacral work, and myofascial release to support the body’s natural healing processes. When appropriate, we may also incorporate therapeutic tools such as heat, ultrasound, TENS, IFC, or microcurrent stimulation to enhance results.

To support your recovery and long-term wellness, personalized stretches and corrective exercises may be provided as part of your care plan.

Please wear comfortable, gym-style clothing to your appointment. If clothing needs to be adjusted or removed, your therapist will use professional draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy throughout the session.

During follow-up sessions, your osteopathic practitioner will reassess your condition and adapt your treatment plan based on your progress and current needs. These hands-on treatments aim to restore mobility, ease discomfort, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Techniques may include joint mobilization, soft tissue work, craniosacral therapy, or myofascial release. Where appropriate, physical agents like heat, TENS, IFC, or microcurrent may be used to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Each session is complemented with individualized movement strategies or corrective exercises to promote lasting results.

Please wear comfortable, gym-style clothing. Professional draping will be used as needed to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the treatment.

Osteopathic Follow-up Treatment

This follow-up visit is designed to track our patient's progress and provide another round of Osteopathic Shockwave Therapy. The session begins with an assessment by our osteopath, evaluating the area previously treated, monitoring improvements in pain levels, mobility, and overall function, and identifying any side effects from the previous therapy. 

Following this assessment, the patient will receive a tailored Shockwave Therapy session to promote healing and recovery. Further advice on additional treatments, physical exercises, or lifestyle changes will also be provided based on individual needs.
