This visit reviews your concerns, health history, stress patterns, nervous-system regulation, sleep, digestion and gut-brain factors, habits, and goals.

Care may include naturopathic counselling, clinical hypnotherapy planning, HeartMath HRV Biofeedback where helpful, lifestyle and self-regulation strategies, and recommendations for follow-up care.

Appropriate concerns may include anxiety, stress, burnout, IBS and gut-brain symptoms, sleep problems, health anxiety, smoking or vaping cessation, weight management, and related mind-body patterns.
