Provided by Samantha Estey, RMT, this treatment blends targeted reflexology techniques to the feet and hands into your massage therapy session to promote deep relaxation, improved circulation, and whole-body tension relief. Many clients notice a calmer nervous system, better sleep, and lighter, more grounded legs and feet.

This is a table-based, therapeutic approach — no foot baths or device add-ons — and is billed as Massage Therapy for insurance coverage. Offered at our Moncton clinic.
